Parent Stress

“The central struggle of parenthood is to let our hopes for our children outweigh our fears.”

American Lung Association of New Hampshire, Wander Wear? Form Partnership Helping Parents Breathe Easier

Bedford, NH January 17 2004–Thanks to a creative partnership between the American Lung Association of New Hampshire (ALANH) and Wander Wear of Ashland, MA, families across New England can help keep their kids safe while supporting healthy lungs and clean air.

For each Wander Wear parent locator tag purchased by families who hold the American Lung Association of New Hampshire?s 2004 Children?s Fun Pass, Wander Wear will donate $2.00 to the ALANH. The locator tag is a brightly colored plastic tag which helps identify kids who may become separated from their parents. Special order forms for Wander Wear are contained in the Children?s Fun Passes, which enable children 12 years of age and younger, to gain free admission to a variety of attractions throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Tags can also be ordered via the Wander Wear website using the special order code ALA04 to ensure that proceeds are donated to ALANH.

?We?re very pleased to partner with the American Lung Association of New Hampshire on this wonderful project and future initiatives,? says Alyssa Dver, CEO of Wander Wear. ?Each of our organizations shares a strong affinity for healthy and safe families.?

Children?s Fun Passes can be ordered by calling 1-800-LUNG-USA or by visiting www.nhlung.org. For further information on Wander Wear, please call (508) 881-5664 or visit online at www.wander-wear.com.
